Account Deletion
We offer you several option on how to exercise your right and delete your account
Through the mobile application
If you have our application installed on your device you may request to delete the account through the application by following the below:
1. Launch the Caller ID App.
2. Tap on "Settings" on the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap "Account".
4. Tap on the "Delete Account" button.
5. Confirm the account deletion.
Providing your email
If you have registered and opened and account using your email address. Please fill the data subject request form and provide us with the email address used you to register and open the account.
Please sent the completed data subject request form to: privacy@lsmapps.com
Once we will complete the deletion of the account we will notify you.
Device ID
If you have not registered and opened and account using your email address you will need to provide us with your device ID so we can find you in our data base. Please follow the instruction detailed in our Q&A page on “How do I find my identifier for deletion request” in order to extract your device ID.
Please fill the data subject request form, provide us with your device ID and sent the completed data subject request form to: privacy@lsmapps.com
Once we will complete the deletion of the account we will notify you.
